Ingredients used in mooli ka baji (indian radish)
• Peanut oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 15 numbers.
• Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Mooli - 1 big.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
1. grate the mooli after peeling the outer skin. 2.squeeze the excess water and keep it aside. 3.chop the green chillies . 4.take oil in the pan and when it is heated through add mustard seeds and when it crackle add green chillies , curry leaves and grated radish and turmeric and cook it by adding the salt up to the taste. 5.when it is done serves for the family for 4 or can be served as a side dish with pulkha or chappati. 6.squeeze lemon after u close the fire.

I am very bad cook and lazy too to spend time on cooking. My family is of 2 kids and 2 elders of which one is infant. I tried this recipe which met my requirements which is - take less time, eatable by all ages, easy to cook, and above all tasty. f
