• Whole garam masala(cardomom,cinnamom,cloves,shahzeera) - few small.
• Peanuts - 10-12 numbers.
• Sesame seeds - 1/4 can.
• Onion - 1 slice.
• Mirchi(big) - 4-5 numbers.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Mint leaves - 1 bunch.
• Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
dry roast coriander seeds,sesame seeds,coconut powder,peanuts and the whole garam masala in a kadhai till golden brown colour and till you get the aroma. In an another kadhai put 1 tsp of oil and fry the sliced onions,green chillies and mint leaves slightly. Blend all the dry roasted masalas along with the onions,green chillies,mint leaves and to it add turmeric powder,chilli powder,salt, and tamarind pulp. Grind it to a fine paste. Slit the big chillies and remove the seeds from within.. heat oil in a kadhai and fry the chillies and remove them. In the same oil add the masala paste along with little water and cover and cook for 3-4 min on medium flame and then add the mirchis and cover and cook for another 2 min till the oil separates. Serve hot
