Ingredients used in Au mehti Dam
• Ginger and greenchilly paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Paste of garlic - 1 tablespoons.
• Pototes peeled and cut in to pototoes (baked ) - 1 large.
• Chopped tomotoes - 2 cup.
• Washed and chopped methi - 1 bunch.
• Salt,haldi,coriender powder,red chilly powder - to taste.
• Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Water - 2 cup.
Method:
In Any kadai or iron cost pan put oil .when heated put paste of garlic ginger and green chilly. when they change its color put Methi and stir well for 5 mintus.add chopped tomotoes and cover it for five mintus at medium stove. with the help of masher stir well til oil leaves the pan.add pototoes salt and all dry spices,again stir well till once again oil appears at pan.put water and slow the stove. after some boils serve it hot with rice,chapati or makai ki roti.
