This is a very rich and flavourful North Indian style curry made with mixed vegetables fenugreek leaves and fresh cream which tastes awesome with Rice and roti.
- Firstly heat oil in a pan, add cauliflower florets, mushroom pieces, half cooked potato pieces and cook till they are soft and transfer into a plate.
- In the same pan add chopped onion, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, tomato pieces, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and cook for 4-5 minutes by adding some water.
- Now add green chilli slices, Fenugreek leaves and cook for few minutes.
- Finally, Add cream to fried vegetables and transfer them into a pan, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Serve hot with Rice or Roti.
