Ingredients used in maharashtrian bharli wangi
• Cumin - 2 grams.
• Turmeric - to taste.
• Dry red chilli - 2 piece.
• Red chilly powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomato - 2 piece.
• Onion - 2 piece.
• Groundnut powder - 8 tablespoons.
• Finely chopped coconut - 2 tablespoons.
• Garam masala - 2 tablespoons.
• Smallsize bringles - 8 piece.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriender leaves - .
• Corialder powder - 2 tablespoons.
Method:

mix groundnut powder,chopped coconut, redchilli powder,turmeric, half og ginger garlic paste,half of garam masala,salt to taste. add water to make thick paste and keep aside. cut onion,tomato n coriender leaves in small pieces.cut bringles in 4 pieces without removing stake.and stuff half of the groundnut thich gravy in it add oil to pan when it is heated add mustared and jeera when they crackle add ginger garlic paste fry it upon golden colour add onion n fry for golden colour garam masala coriander powder turmeric red chilly powder n dry red chilly fry 5 min add tomato n cook for 5 min add stuffed bringles n remaining gravy to it n cook for 15 min on steam.
