Ingredients used in LAMB DOOPIYAZA
• Turmeric - PINCH pinch.
• Garlic and ginger - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chilli powder - to taste.
• Onions - 4 numbers.
• Mutton - 1/2 dozens.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Coriander - bunch.
Method:
1. WASH THE LAMB 2. CUT THE ONIONS INTO SLICES 3. PLACE THE MUTTON IN THE COOKER, ADD ONIONS, GINGER GARLIC PASTE, TURMERIC, SALT, CHILLI POWER AND ADD THE OIL. 4. KEEP IT FOR 5 - 6 WHISTLES, AND THEN CHECK IF THE MUTTON IS COOKED. 5. ONCE THE MUTTON IS COOKED, KEEP IT ON LOW FLAME UNTIL THE GRAVY THICKENS. 6. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER. 7. TASTES GOOD WITH CHAPATHI OR PLAIN RICE.
