Ingredients used in khubre ka char
• Salt - 1 1/2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric - 2 pinch.
• Chilli to taste - 1 1/2 tablespoons.
• Tomato - 1 cup.
• Cocunut - 1 cup.
• Garlic paste - 1 1/2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Corainder leaves - 1 cup.
• Onion - 1 cup.
• Oil - 3 teaspoons.
• Tamarind puree - 1 cup.
• Onion slices - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
grind onion ,garlic,cumin seeds,and coriander leaves keep aside. grind coconut keep aside. grind tomatoes keep aside method to cook take a vessel put oil add onion slices and curry leaves bring to light pinkish then add onion masala which we have grinded fry when masala leaves vessel add chilli pd,turmeric pd,and salt mix well add coconut puree and tomato puree bring to boil add tamarind puree and 1 glass of water and close the lid and simmer the flame and cook for 10 mins its ready to eat with rice
