Ingredients used in kheema semiya
• Red colour powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder(dhania powder) - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ginger paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Mint leaves,coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Kheema - 100 grams.
• Vermicili(semiya) - 2 cup.
• Ghee - 50 grams.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Whole spices - 1(each) piece.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
In a pan heat ghee and oil then add whole spices.then add sliced onion.cook until onion colour turns in to red colour.then add ginger garlic paste.after few seconds add sliced tomatoes,mint leaves ,coriander leaves, chilli powder coriander powder,salt,kheema.stir it well add 2 glass of water.then cook for 10 mts.then add one more cup of water and vermicili.cover it and cook until the water observes,mix red colour with water ,add this mixture in to the vermicili and cover tight and simmer the flame.it comes like biriyani.after 2 mts check the vermicili.stir it with big spoon.if it is coming nicely then switch off the flame.serve it with raita
