Ingredients used in Khagina Style
• Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Onions - 4 numbers.
• Butter - 100 grams.
• Eggs beaten - 8 numbers.
• Tomatoes sliced - 1 numbers.
Method:

1.heat the butter in a pan fry the onions till well browned (do not let the onions burn).

2.add the turmeric powder,cumin seeds powder and the green chillies fry for half minute and then add the eggs and the seasoning.

3.stirnbsp;and cook till the eggs begin to thicken,and then add the coriander leaves.

4.serve hot with chapathis or bread and tomato slices on the side.
