Ingredients used in Keema Gobi
• Red chilli powder - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
• Garlic - 5 clove.
• Ginger - 1 small.
• Onion - 1 large.
• Milk - 200 ml.
• Cauliflower - 1 large.
• Aamchur powder - to taste.
• Garam masala powder - to taste.
• Oil - 50 ml.
Method:
heat a deep non stick pan and add grated cauliflower to it. add milk so that all cauliflower is immersed in it. cook at medium flame for about 15-20minutes. meanwhile, heat oil in different pan and add onion paste to it. saute till light golden, then add ginger garlic green chilly paste to it. sauth for 2mins. then add cooked cauliflower in it. cook for 5-10mins. in the end, add aamchur powder and garam masala powder to it. garnish with green coriender leaves.
