Ingredients used in Kattu pachadi
• Garlic flakes - 3 piece.
• Red chilles - 3 numbers.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Cucumber - 1 cup.
• Tindoora - 1 cup.
• Brinjols - 2 numbers.
• Snake gourd - 1 numbers.
• Ridge gourd - 1 numbers.
• Jeera - 1 teaspoons.
• Tamarind - 1 piece.
Method:
1) take one kadai.. pour 3 spoons of oil. add 3 green chillies and 3 red chillies and garlic flakes,jeera.after 2 to 3 min add all vegetables(except cucumber) which i mentioned above . put one lid on top of kadai.let it cook for 10 min.next add some salt and tamarind. next make it as a fine paste .now add raw cucumber pieces to that paste 2)for tempering add oil,mustard seed,red chilli,urad dal,curry leaves . now mix this with ur chutney. thanks madhu
