1. take some ground nuts ,cashew nuts and red chilli and make a fine paste of it. 2. cut the capsicum in four pieces and apply the paste in each piece of capsicum. 3. put the pan on a stove and heat it and pour some oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chilli#39;s , and let it fry and then add chopped onion and once the onion is fried lightly then add ginger garlic paste and fry it. 4. then add the capsicum pieces and put in slightly low flame and cover the vessel and let the capsicum pieces cook till those are finely cooked. 5. in between slightly move the pieces otherwise it gets burnt. 6. once the pieces are cooked then add water and even add the nuts paste to the water. 7. then add salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, curry leaves powder and put in a slightly high flame and cook it 8. let it come to slightly boil and add coconut powder check the taste and its done. it is good with rice and chapathi too.

Ingredients used in jayasri
• Red chiili - 1 or 2 numbers.
• Onions - 1 numbers.
• Green chilli - 2 numbers.
• Capsicum or green pepper - 2 or 3 numbers.

• Coconut powder - 2 or 3 tablespoons.
