In a bowl take maida, Cornflour, Ginger Garlic Paste Soya Sauce, Salt and Water as required and mix well. Do not mix it very watery. Dip those Idlies in the batter. Heat the Oil that was kept aside for frying Idlies. Fry idlies until golden brown and keep it aside.
Now heat oil in tawa. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and salt as required and saute it for some time.
Then add Soya Sauce , Schezwan sauce and tomato ketchup and saute well.
Now add those fried idlies in this mix and saute it well .Can decorate it with onions, Tomato , Coriander Leaves and Spring Onions.
