Ingredients used in grilled fish with spicy tomato sauce
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Fennel leaves choped - 2 tablespoons.
• Parsley choppes - 2 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic chopped - 4 clove.
• Onion chopped - 2 .
• Tomatoes blanced and chopped - 300 grams.
• Sause ingredient - .
• Paprika - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Flour - 4 tablespoons.
• Melted butter - 50 grams.
• Fennel leaves - 2 tablespoons.
• Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlich crushed - 1 clove.
• Pepper powder - 1 to taste.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Seer fish slices - 500 grams.
• Pepper powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Green pepper powder - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Olive oil - 1/4 cup.
• Water - 3/4 cup.
Method:

clean wash and dry the fish. marinate it with the above ingredient and set a side for one hour then dust it with the flour on both the side heat 2 tbs oil on a pan grill and place the fish over it and grill on both side until golden brown for 8-10 minand set a side heat olive oil in a pan add onion, garlic and fry for 1 min add sugar and tomatoes and paprika and salt fry for further one min pour water and cook for 5 min add celery,parsley,fennel leaves and mix well add lemon juice and pepper powder take off the fire and pour over the grilled fish
