Ingredients used in green onion roti
• Red chilly powder - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Roasted and crushed anardana - 1 tablespoons.
• Chopped onion - 1 cup.
• Wheat meal dough - 1 cup.
• Ghee/butter - to taste.
Method:
except ghee and dough mix other ingredients in a bowl.make 4 parts of dough of round balls.same way make 4 parts of onion mixture.take one ball of both ingrdients.put one part of onion mixture and put it under ball of dough.spreard it with hands for 4 inches round.than take belan and spread like chapti and fry at low to medium stove with ghee.when both sides occured golden color serve it with pickels or chatney and papad.
