Ingredients used in GREEN GRAM EGG DOSA
• Green gram - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 4-5 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger - 3 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Carrot grated - 1 cup.
• Onion chopped - 1 cup.

Method:

  • In a bowl, add grated carrot, onion pieces, coriander, ginger pieces, green chilies pieces, cumin seeds, mix well and keep aside ( just before using add pinch of salt to taste excellent).
  • Heat the tawa, pour the dosa batter and spread it evenly in a circularmotion (for dosa shape).
