Blend Spring Onions,Coriander Leaves,Garlic,Green Chillis,Yoghurt to a smooth paste. Fry the Cauliflower florets,don#39;t change the colour of it. Put it on an absorbent . Heat Desi Ghee in a pan,add Cumins Seeds. When it starts crackling add Hing,stir it and add coriander paste to it. Add all the spices except Garam Masala. Stir well till it leaves ghee to the pan. Add fried Florets to it and mix. Add water to make it a gravy, Let it boil for few mins,add Garam masala, dried Mint leaves to it. Garnish it with Tomato slices and serve it with Naan or Tandoori Roti.

• Red chiili powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Desi ghee - 2 tablespoons.
• Yoghurt - 1 cup.
• Green chillis - 2 piece.
• Tomato - 3-4 slice.
• Garlic - 2-3 clove.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Spring onions - 1 bunch.
• Cauliflower florets - 10 piece.
• Garam masala - pinch.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Hing - pinch.
• Dry mint leaves powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Oil - to fry.
