Ingredients used in Green Beans ki sabzi
• Green chilli - 1 to taste.
• Ginger+garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Onion - 1 small.
• Mixed veg(carrot,sweet corn,peas) - 1 cup.
• Green beans - 2 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
1.Cut onion in small pieces 2.Heat the oil in frying pan 3.Add onion and saute it till it become transparent. 4.Add ginger+garlic Paste till it get cooked 5.Add turmeric and saute the mix again for 1 min. 6.Add salt as per taste. 7.Add coriander powder little wet to avoid burning. 8.Add Green Beans and Mixed veg and cover the pan for 2 minute. 9.Add salt as per taste and keep saute the mixture in 2 minute interval untill it get cooked.
