- Soak Chana Daal in water for 4-5 hours.
- Add Ghee or oil in pressure cooker and heat it.
- Add Onion and put little salt and fry it till golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute it for few seconds
- Add green chillis and mix well and saute it for few more seconds.
- Add turmric,redchilli podwer, coriander powder,kasturi methi powder and mix well
- Add Tomatos and and mix it till tomatos slietly cooked.
- Add Ghiya, daal and mix well.
- Add water in which ghiya daal is soaked and add more water if required as all the ingredients should be dipped.
- Cover the cooker lid and cook it on midum heat for 12 minutes after the pressure made in cooker.
- Open the cooker when pressure released and mix it well.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
