Ingredients used in Fish Pulusu
• Thil seeds(nuvvulu in telugu) - 1 tablespoons.
• Methi seeds - 5 numbers.
• Raw rice - 1 tablespoons.
• Jeera - 1 tablespoons.
• Dhania - 3 tablespoons.
• Termaric - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Chilli powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Fish - 1 pound.
• Garam masala - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - 1 and half tablespoons.
Method:
masala: fry the dhania, thil,garmmasala, raw rice,methi seeds and make powder of fried all ingradients fry onions, then add coriander leafs and mint leafs. then add fish peices then add chilli powder, termaric then add masala that we prepared then add tamarind juice according to taste allow the fish to cook completeluy finally seasend with fresh coriander leafs.
