This is a snack recipe prepared with field bean and chana dal. It is protein pack dish.
- Take a mixie jar and add soaked chana dal and make a coarse paste.
- Take a bowl and add field beans, french beans, green chilies, cumin seeds, curry leaves, salt, onions, coarse paste, pressed rice and mix nicely.
- To it add rice flour and mix nicely. Take small dumpling and make a round flat shape vada with hands.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry vada and transfer into a paper towel.
Now Field Beans Vada is ready to serve.
