Ingredients used in Falafel
• Black pepper pdr. - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garlic paste - 3 clove.
• Oil - to fry.
• Garam masala pdr. - 1 tablespoons.
• Chickpea - 1 can.
• Flour - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
Boil water with chickpeas until very soft. Drain the excess water and put chickpeas in a bole. Put garam masala pdr.,garlic paste,salt amp; black pepper, and flour in the bole. Mash into a dry dough make into small bite-sized balls. Fry at 350F until golden-brown and delicious.Serve with peta bread, and lettuce and tomato hummus.
