Doodhi Annana Amti is a very simple preparation made combined with bottle gourd and pineapple. This dish is is specially made for marriage occasions in the thana.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, curry leaves and saute it.
- Add onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies, asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garam masala, coriander powder, goda masala and saute it on slow flame.
