Ingredients used in Dal Stuffed Poori
• For poori - slice.
• Green chillies - 6-7 numbers.
• Salt - ---- to taste.
• Coconut powder - 3 teaspoons.
• Urad dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Musturd seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Urad dal - 1 cup.
• Channa dal - 1 cup.
• For stuffing - ---- bag.
• Maida - 3 cup.
• Water - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
1. Soak Urad Dal,Channa Dal in water for 1hr 2. Now blend soaked dal with chillies. 3. Now put Pan and heat Oil and put musturd seeds, urad dal,curry leaves. 4. Add the blended mixture and fry till it is dry. 5. Mix maida,salt and water and make dough like poori dough. 6.Now make poori and put spoon full of dal mixture in the middle and seal it. 7. Now again make poori and deep fry in oil.
