Ingredients used in Creame Chicken
• Khass khass - 2 tablespoons.
• Black pepper 25/30 pcs - 30-35 piece.
• Ajinomotto - 2 pinch.
• Creame - 60 grams.
• Fresh milk - 600 ml.
• Chicken with bone 8 pcs. - 600 grams.
• Gram masala - 3/4 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Take a pan pour milk and add chicken pieces boil on medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes or till milk becomes slight thick. on the other hand grind black pepper, khass khass, salt and garam masala. When milk becomes thick add grinded spices and ajinomotto in it ,furthur add creame while stirring well for 4/5 minutes and sereve hot with bread or chapati as per taste.
