1.Take water in a pan and blanch the almonds. Make a paste in a mortar and pestle or food processer. keep aside. 2.Squeeze the juice of two large lemons. keep aside. 3.Take oil in a heavy based pan and put 3 cardamoms in it, fry and then take out the cardamoms n reserve for later use. 3. In the same oil, put finely chopped onion and fry them to golden brown. 4. Add chicken to the pan and cook it for 1 min till the chicken pieces are covered with oil and are whitish in colour. 4. Add ginger garlic paste, dahi, cream, almond paste, salt, black pepper, 3 fried cardamoms and mix with a spoon. 5. Lower the heat n let the chicken cook in the curd n cream mixture. DO NOT ADD WATER. 6. Cook for about 45 mins to an hr and check if the chicken is tender. 7. Add powder of another 3 green cardamoms and lemon juice. 8. Simmer for 5 minutes. Tasty simple chicken is ready. Serve with nans or chapatti.

Ingredients used in CREAM CHICKEN
• Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.

• Green cardamom - 6 numbers.
• Onions (medium size) - 3 numbers.
• Chicken (cut into pcs as for qorma) - 1 lbs.
