Ingredients used in corn curry
• Hing - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilli powder - 1 to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Mustard seed - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil/ghee - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chilli - 1 .
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic(nicely chopped) - 4 clove.
• Onion(medium)_minced chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Corn - 2 cup.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Corn pieces - 4-5 .
• Coriander leaves - .
• Curry leaves - 4-5 leaf.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seed,when its popping ,add onion,cook till its became golden brown or it done. Add green chilli,ginger garlic, mix well. Add tomato,cook till done. Now add all dry masalaamp;little amount of water, cook for some time. Add corn amp; corn pieces,mix wellamp;cook for some time. Now add inough wateramp;perssur cook it,till done. Garnish with coriandre leavesamp;cream, serve hot withchapati,nan...... To cut corn take a big sharp knifeamp;cut pices out of it.

Have just seen the recipe - The least you can do is to check the recipe for type-Os. Garlic is mentioned twice in the ingredients and suddenly ginger and cream appear in the method. Poor English and not professional at all.

it's really a very tasty item,if u add 1tspn of yogart to it the taste will increase very much thanks for giving such wonderful racepies
