Ingredients used in coriander-coconut milk shake
• Ice cubes - 4 slice.
• Jaggery - 1 to taste.
• Half riped coconut - 1 numbers.
• Coriander - 1 bunch.
• Cardamom - 4 numbers.
Method:
Step 1: Shred the coconut (in food processor) and coriander leaves(using knives). step 2: Extract the coconut milk: Put the shreded coconut in the food processor with little water, run the machine for 1 to 2 minutes and extract the coconut milk using the filter. The coconut milk will be white in color. Step 3: Repeat Step 2 till all the milk is extracted from shreded coconut. Step 4: Extract coriander Juice: Put the shreded coriander leaves in the food processor with little water, run the machine for 1 to 2 minutes and extract the coriander juice using the filter. The coriander juice will be dark green in color. Step 5: Dissolve the jaggery in little water to get jaggery syrup. Step 6: Manually mix one glass of coconut milk with quarter glass of coriander juice and add jaggery syrup to taste to get light green coriander-coconut milk shake. If needed pinch of cardamom powder can be added to the milk shake to enhance the flavor. Ice cubes can also be added to the milk shake to get the cooling effect.
