Ingredients used in colourful roti
• Wheat flour kneaded with boiled and minced palak (spinah) - 1 each cup.
• Wheat flour kneaded ,mixed with tomato puree - 1 each cup.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - req .
Method:
roll out all the three types of doughs in different lenghs lay the three lenghs of rolls at one point criss crossess over one another now roll the lenghts towards inside and stack over one another press with ur palms now cut out balls from the block in such a manner that each ball consist all the 3 colours roll out balls in to thick rotis bake on hot tawa on one side turn over and bake from the other side also spread butter on the rotis and serve crip
