Ingredients used in coconut prawns
• Shredded coconut - 1/4 cup.
• Salt to taste - to taste.
• Ginger garlic - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 -1 teaspoons.
• Prawn - 2 pound.
• Oil - 2 to 3 teaspoons.
Method:

in a pressure cooker ,cook all the above ingredients except coconut and oil with little water as the prawns will ooze water while cooking, cook for just one whistle care not to overcook the prawns.......then heat oil in a wok or pan when the oil is hot tranfer the cooked prawns to the pan along with the remaing little water, whip the shreeded cocnut just once or twice in a mixie without water it should be very coarse it is very important to keep it coarse then add this to the pan the coconut will absorb all the remaing water from the prawns and roast till golden brown this a very deliciuos recipe
