Ingredients used in chutney
• Mustard seeds - 1 to fry.
• Finely chopped garlic - 6 piece.
• Finely chipped ginger - 1 small.
• G.chilly - 6 numbers.
• Finely chopped onion - 2 numbers.
• Urud dal - 1 to fry.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
in a hot pan add oil amp; then add mustard seds, urud da,l ginger amp; garlic amp; fry then add chopped onion ,g.chilly amp; tomato amp; fry well amp; then add salt this chutney will be very good for oothapams
