Ingredients used in chilli corn vada
• Curry leaves - drops.
• Onion - 1 small.
• Salt - to taste.
• Jeera - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Green chillis - 5 small.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Baking soda - pinch.
• Corn - 2 cup.
Method:
1.Blind the corn in a food proccer add jeeraamp;greenchilis and make a paste. 2.Take a bowl mix corn paste add rice flour,curryleaves,a pinch of baking sodaamp; onion mix it will . 3 Take oil in a pan and make like a vada and fry it in alow flame...
