First we have to marinate the chicken. Marinate the chicken as follows 1. Add chilli powder and salt to the chicken. Mix well with chicken 2. Add Maida(all purpose flour) and corn flour to the chicken 3. Add ginger garlic paste 4. Add 1 cup of Youghrt/Curd Mix all the above ingredients with chicken well. Marinate for about an hour.After an hour, take a pan, put enough oil to fry the chicken. Fry the chicken till brown. Then take the pieces out and remove the oil from pan. Now in the same pan put around 3 tablespoons of oil. Add 3 table spoons of garlic paste. Now add the fried chicken to this. Add soya sauce,veniger,2 table spoons of ketchup, and 4 tablespoons of green chilli sauce. Fry all these on a medium heat for about a minute. Then, add the curry leaves and green chillies (Cut the green chillies in to half). Fry this for 3-4 minutes. Then take the chicken out from the pan. You can have this as a side dish. Keep in mind not to add too much of soya sauce or green chilli sauceas this will completely spoil the taste of the dish.

Ingredients used in chilli chicken
• Curry leaves - 15 numbers.
• Green chilli sauce - 3-4 tablespoons.
• Ketchup - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.

• Green chillies - 10 numbers.
• Oil - 250 grams.
• Veniger - 2 tablespoons.
• Soya sauce - 2 tablespoons.
