This is mrs. sireesha Reddi from U.K. Now i would like to tell you the delicious starter chicken manchuria. I prepared so many times to my friends .
They liked very much and it became as a favourite starter to my husband Suresh.
It is very easy..
Just you should take 250 gms of boneless chicken(small pieces) in a bowl and add corn flour,plain flour,balck pepper powder,salt and ginger,garlic paste as i told in the quantity of ingradients.
next step is take more quantity of oil in to the pan and put that chicken mixture as like as punukulu in to the hot oil.
After frying those take them into the other bowl.
Next step is take 2 spoons of oil in other pan and add ginger,garlic and green mirchi into the pan.
afeter frying them add fried chicken pieces into the pan.
immediatley add 4 spoons of soy sause and 1 glass of water.
put it in low flame.
after 5 min make it as high flame until the water obsorbed into the pieces and at last just sprinkle tasting salt.
and lastly add corinder leaves and mix it .
after 2 min chicken manchuria is ready :)

• Bone less chicken - 250 gms to fry.
• Plain flour - 50gms .
• Corn flour - 50 gms .
