Ingredients used in chicken kitchap
• Cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 1 stricks.
• Oyster sauce - 1 teaspoons.
• Soy sauce - 1 teaspoons.
• Browning sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Dry red chillies - 4 numbers.
• Tomato - 1 big.
• Onions - 2 big.
• Garlic - 12 clove.
• Ginger - 4 inch piece.
• Chicken - 2 lbs.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Bayleaf - 2 leaf.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
1. Blend ginger, garlic and onion to a fine paste 2. Marinate the chicken with the blended paste for 30 mins to 1 hour 3. fry the marinated chicken until soft in 1 tbsp of oil 4. Take a kadai and add some oil and in that add the whole garam masala, bay leaf and then add onions and satue them until translucent 4. afetr the onions turn transperent add tomatoes and dry red chillies, green chillies and salt 5. now add the chicken and fry it for 2 mins 6. now add the browning sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and fry for 3 mins on high flame 7. now switch off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
