Ingredients used in chicken cream garlic
• Green chillies chopped - 1/4 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Garlic chopped longitudenally - 1/2 cup.
• Ginger chopped longitudenally - 1/3 cup.
• Onion chooped in small cubes - 1 numbers.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Chicken cut in medium size pieces - 1 lbs.
• Pepper - 3 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• White butter - 50 grams.
Method:
wash and clean the chicken.take a bowl add all the ingredients mix them well take a baking tray and the mixture to it.now preheat the oven at 210 degree celcius at cook it for 35 minutes serve hot with naan or bread garnishing with coriander
