Ingredients used in Chicken Biryani
• Everest shahi biryani masala powder - 5 teaspoons.
• Corinder - 10 leaf.
• Mint - 15 leaf.
• Onions - 1 cup.
• Green chilli - 6 piece.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Basmati rice - 1 pound.
• Chicken - 1 pound.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Jeera - 1 tablespoons.
• Ginger /garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Lime juice - 1 teaspoons.
• Corinder poweder - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
1] Soak rice for 30minutes 2] Marrinate chicken with curd,salt,biryani masala podwer,ginger /garlic paste, green chilli, fried onions,mint,corinder,Jeera,Lime juice,Corinder powder for 1hour. 3] In Pan add marinated chicken,soaked rice,fried onions and add 1 cup of water . 4]Close the pan lid amp; cook the biryani for 40-45 minutes in low flame.: Note: The difference in this biryani is that , both chicken amp; Rice is cooked together, so that rice has very good flavor amp; taste compared to cooking rice 60% seperately amp; later adding to chicken.
