Heat oil in a wide pan and add cumin seeds and let it brown. add garlic, chilly and ginger pieces and fry for a while. add onion and then add salt, turmeric powder. one onion is a little transparent (dont fry onion till brown) add coriander, cumin powders, little chilly powder and garlic ginger paste. let all masala and onion fry and now add capsicum pieces. After frying for a while (Make sure capsicum is not completely soft) add tomoto pieces and fry for some more time. Dont let tomato pieces become like paste.
