Ingredients used in Capsicum Masala with Besan flour
• Chilli powder as per your taste - 1/4 tablespoons.
• Turmeric - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves - 10 springs.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Oil - 3-4 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Besan flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Onions - 1 numbers.
• Capsicum/bell pepper - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste optional - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder optional - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin powder optional - 1 teaspoons.

1.Add oil to the pan and heat on medium flame. 2.When Oil is hot,add mustard seeds allow them to crackle then add cumin seeds and fry for 1 min,add curry leaves. 3.Now add chopped onions,salt and Besan flour( sieve the flour before adding). 4.If you want to add Ginger Garlic paste,add it before adding besan flour and fry till raw flavor goes.and then add Besan flour. 5.Fry till the flour gets brown color..important to stir continuously. 6.when the onion and besan flour mixture got nice brown color then add turmeric, chilli powder and the other spices if you would like to add.Then fry for a min. 7.And then add Capsicum pieces which are cut into small cubes. 8.and fry till the capsicum pieces are smooth and translucent.dont cover with lid becoz, capsicum will get mushy texture. 9.adjust the salt if it requires and at the end add chopped cilantro leaves and switch off the flame.
