Ingredients used in brinjal balkala
• Dhaniya powder - pinch.
• Garam masala - small.
• Oil - bottle.
• Brinjal - 2 brinjals numbers.
• Carrot - 1 carrot numbers.
• Onions - 1onions numbers.
• Masala - pinch.
• Soya sauce - cup.
Method:
first to make the masala put the kadai in the stove add oil,then onions, carrot and other vegetables,then add garam masala and dhaniya powderthen mix it well then add soya sauce to get flavour and grind the masala just for a second.cut the brinjal in four places and add the masala to it stuff it and then fry it in a pan serve it hot with rice or chappati
