- First, take a bowl, add chickpea flour, salt and by adding water make it into a thin batter.
- Now heat oil in a pan, pour the batter and cook the boondhi until it gets a light golden color and keep aside.
- Then take another pan, add jaggery, add some water and melt it till it gets a thick texture.
- To that add ghee, cashew nuts and mix well.
- Take a bhoondi add cardamom powder, mix and transfer into a jaggery syrup and mix well.
