This guilt free kalajamoon is prepared with very less amount of oil in an airfryer which is bit tricky but very easy to master.
- Take a bowl, add gulab jamun powder, powder sugar, cardamom powder, soaked sooji and mix by adding milk in small quantities, make it into a dough and rest it for few minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and make it into a bullet shape.
- Preheat the air fryer at 140 degree centigrade for 3 minutes.
- Place the kala jamoon in the air fryer then apply the oil on top and fry them for 5 minutes.
- Just open the aryfryer lid and turn to other side so that the jamoons gets even color on all sides and close by increasing the flame .
- After around 2-3 minutes remove to a plate and cut them into halves.
- Drop the jamoons in the sugar syrup and soak it for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with almond flakes and serve it.
