Ingredients used in Bellam charu
• Red chillies - .
• Channa dal - .
• Urad dal - .
• Cumin seeds - .
• Musturd seeds - .
• Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Tamarind juice - .
• Jaggery - 1 piece.
• Coriander leaves - .
• Oil - .
• Garlic - 1 clove.
• Salt - .
Method:
Heat pan add 1tsp oil and add all the ingredients that is musturd seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, channa dal, Red chillies, coriander seeds, and add chopped garlic and then add tamarind juice and little water and salt and jagerry to it and all it boil for 15 mins. Finally add coriander leaves to it and serve it with any kind of fry curry.
