Ingredients used in beans curry
• Curry leaves - 5 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Peanut oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chillies - 3 numbers.
• Urad dal - 1 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Beans - 200 grams.
• Jeera - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:
1.finely chop the beans and onions. 2.take a saute pan and heat oil in it add urad dal, red chilli , jeera, curry leaves and when the urad dal changes its colour to slight brown and u can smell the aroma of the tempering than add chopped onions and saute for a minute or two and when they are translusent add turmeric , chilli powder and add beans to it. 3.cook the beans are done . 4. it can be served with hot plain white rice or chappati.
