Ingredients used in baingan methi
• Coriander powder - 0 numbers.
• Red chilli powder - 0 numbers.
• Garlic - 0 numbers.
• Onion - 0 numbers.
• Fenugreek - 0 numbers.
• Eggplant - 0 numbers.
• Salt - 0 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 0 numbers.
Method:
heat oil in a pan, fry garlic pieces in it, till they become brown. then add eggplant, fenugreek and chopped onions to it. stirr well, then add pinch of turmeric powder, red chilli powder, 1 spoon coriander powder and salt to taste. cover the pan till eggplant becomes tender and leaves water. then cook on high flame without the lid till both eggplant and fenugreek is well cooked and leaves the oil.
