Ingredients used in babycorn bajji
• Chillipowder - .
• Salt - to taste pinch.
• Besan - .
• Babycorn - 5 no numbers.
• Garam masala powder - .
Method:

first boil the babycorns as a whole. then cut them into two slices lenth wise and keep aside. In a bowl add besan,salt to taste,red chillie powder,garam masala a little bit and add water to it to make a thick batter enough consistent to make bajjis now dip these babycorns into the batter and deep fry them in the oil . serve them hot with tomato sauce.
