Ingredients used in baby potato rezala
• Ginger and garlic paste - 2tbsp tablespoons.
• Onion paste - 5tbsp tablespoons.
• Whole black pepper - 1tpsp piece.
• Whole red chilies - 3 piece.
• Bay leave - 2 piece.
• Garam masala(elaichi, lavang, dalchini, javitri) - 1pbsp tablespoons.
• Oil - 4tbsp to fry.
• Baby potatoes - 15 dozens.
• Beaten curd - 2tbsp tablespoons.
• Kaju paste - 2tbsp tablespoons.
• Salt - 2tbsp to taste.
• Sugar - 1tbsp to taste.
Method:
1) peel the baby potatoes and wash it well.pat dry and keep aside. 2) heat oil in a kadai and fry these potatoes on low heat. the potatoes should not get brown or any other colour. drain the oil well and keep it aside. 3) now in the same oil, add garam masala, bay leave, whole red chillie, whole black pepper. 4) now add onion paste and fry for sometimes. then add ginger and garlic paste and fry all together, adding little water on a low flame. it should not be brown. 5) now add salt and sugar as per required. 6) now add the curd and mix well. 7) now add the baby potatoes and let it cook well. cover and cook. 8) now finally, add little kaju paste and colse it. serve it with roti or naan.
