Dear Sanjay Garu Recently i bought Microwave oven with 900watts. I have made 2 cakes. One is with condensed milk and other is with eggs. In this 2 cakes edges cooked very well and browned also but in the middle of the cake it does not cooked.Middle dough is raw. Condensed cake i have dumped in dust bin and with eggs atleast taste is good. In both cakes i have kept oven preheated at 180 deg c and baked for 30 to 40 mts. In both cakes i tested by keeping toothpick in the middle of the cake. Tooth pick came out neatly without any sticks to it but middle did not cooked very well. Why it had happened like this? I have used exact measurements and fresh ingredients. can you please guide me in baking and kindly give me suggestion how to control my problem with middle of the cakes. Please sanjay garu guide me.

Hi Chef, i just love yuor recipes :)...tried palak paneer , all types of biryani , chicken curry , fish fry , cabbage chana curry , rava laddu , rava dosa , pesarattu, idli....i was a novice in cooking but after i got to know abt your site from my indian community in US. i am making rasgullas by your shown method.when they are hot the look fluffy and big in size.but,as soon i refrigerate after some time the appear smaller in size and they contract and i need to store them.so,if the contract in refrigerator where should i store them or what should i do to prevent contraction?

Hello Chef, I need your help urgently. I am making malai kofta for the party tomorrow. The first batch came all fine but the rest of the batch broke in the pan and crumbled. Are they all wasted now or there is any way to amend them. It is 11:10pm and this is for tomorrow party. I have so much scheduled for tomorrow and also i have ran out of paneer :(. Hi chef, I came across your site accidentally today, and I was speechless to see the varieties and the way they are expressed. Me and my kids watched nearly 10-12 reccipe videos and we had decided to make them all one by one. I have few queries and would be pleased if you could solve them. 1. Can I make pizza base seperately and make pizza some other day, if yes what is the recipe to make a pizza base. I searched many websites but they show the whole pizza. By pizza base i mean the one which we buy the readymade pizza base we buy and place the toppings. 2. I have a microwave oven with convection but I dont know how to bake in it, also many of my friends told me that I need a oven to bake. Is this true. 3. Can I make crispy chicken in microwave oven.

Hi Chef...I have been following your recipes and they turn out really well...except for the mutton recipes...where the mutton is always rubbery and hard...My queries are: 1. what parts of mutton should I get? 2. I have heard that raw papaya is a very good tenderiser. So should I marinade the meat with raw papaya and for how long? Should I puree the papaya with the skin? and can I mix it with other ingredients for marinade or should I wash it off? Please help cos the hyderabadi biryani I tried out went bad because of the hard mutton:(
