Ingredients used in KUNG PAO CHICKEN
• Chicken - 500 cup.
• Chicken stock - 1 cup.
• Soya sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Rice venigar - 2 tablespoons.
• Ajinamoto - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chilies - 2 numbers.
• Chili sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Egg - 1/2 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn starch - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chilies - 4 numbers.
• Garlic ginger chopped - 2 teaspoons.
• All type of vegetables - 1 cup.
• Peanuts roasted - 1/2 cup.
• Spring onions - 1 bunch.
• Hoisin sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sesame oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add chicken stock, soya sauce, pepper powder, rice vinegar, ajinomoto, chilies, chili sauce mix well and keep aside.
  • Now take chicken, soya sauce, egg, salt mix all and add corn flour mix again.
  • In a pan heat oil fry the marinated chicken and keep aside.
  • In another pan add sesame oil, red chilies, chopped garlic and ginger, mix well then add all vegetables and then add the chicken stock mix well then add the fried chicken, peanuts, spring onion, lastly add cornflour mix in water for thickness, cook for 5minutes and switch off the flame.

The Kung Pao Chicken he cooked looks good. But I am not sure if he cut the chicken in the right way because he didn't show that step.
