1. Peel the karela little bit so that they are smooth from top. Then cut them circular in thin chips. Remove seeds. 2. Take warm water in a big bowl. Add Tamarind and salt 1 tbsp. Now put karela chips in this water. Leave it for 30 mins. Then drain the water. 3. Clean the karela properly and remove tamatind from karela. 4. Now to this Karela add salt (Please remember you have already added salt). Add Red chilli powder, corindar powder, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste. 5. Now mix this well and add oil one tsp on top and keep it aside for 1 hour for marination. 6. After one hour heat oil and add marinated karelas to oil. 7. Fry till they are golden brown. Ingredients used in Karela Fry - Bitter Gourd Fry
• Ginger garlic paste - tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric powder - teaspoons.
• Red chiili powder - tablespoons.
• Tamarind - 50 grams.
• Karela - 4 big.
• Corindar powder - teaspoons.
• Oil - 8-10 tablespoons.
